Emma Biggin, MSc
Trainee Sport Psychologist

Being from a sporting background myself, I have experienced first hand some of the challenges athletes face on a day-to-day basis. I recognise the importance of having support and guidance on the tougher days, and that extra push on the better days.

Much more importantly, I see the person behind the athlete, and that is what is at the core of my practice.

Sport psychology should not only be accessible to everyone, but practical, personal, and enjoyable.

"Emma helped me understand a part of the game I had never before considered. In her sessions I learned how thinking about sport psychology would not only help my own game but also my teammates, and affect the opposition. I am confident that I now have the foundations in place to maintain performance under high pressure moments and fatigue"
